Thanksgiving

Compiling my second ever gluten-free thanksgiving onto one post for anyone who needs ideas, or is newly diagnosed, etc :-) Holidays can be tricky to navigate when you have food restrictions/allergies/etc. The recipes are also linked-- clicking them will take you to where the recipes lives :) If it's not my recipe, the link will take you to the appropriate blog. Most of these are on my own though so you should be re-directed when clicking the links. Hope you can enjoy! Happy Thanksgiving ♥

Main- we didn't do turkey this year! *gasp* okay that is not true but I personally did not make a turkey so I have nothing to share with you guys on how to make a turkey lol but this was the delicious turkey replacement that I was in charge of... so good :-)

Maple Dijon Baked Chicken Breasts (GF, DF, paleo)

Sides

Maple Bacon Butternut Squash (GF, DF, paleo)

Brazilian Cheese Bread (GF)

Recipe by the INCREDIBLE Danielle Walker from Against all Grain.

Dessert

Maple Pumpkin Pie (GF, DF, paleo)

Everyone at my thanksgiving loved this! You can't even tell a difference from the classic pumpkin pie, and I LOVE the addition of maple.

THREE Ingredient Chocolate Pie (GF, DF, V)

This is an old time favorite in my family holidays... & not too challenging to convert to GF, and DF... yay!

Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet  (GF, paleo)

This is so delicious! I had never tried It before this year, but Lindsey from The Toasted Pine Nut nailed this recipe! It uses ghee, so technically is not DF as this still comes from the cow, however it's made by removing the milk solids, and is therefore free of casein and lactose, so most who eat DF are still able to consume ghee.
