Gingerbread Latte

The perfect cozy holiday cup! Could double this recipe for the family to enjoy on Christmas morning :-) Recipe makes two smallish lattes or one large. Details below.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 C full fat coconut milk

  • 1/2 C almond milk

  • 1 T maple syrup

  • 1 T coconut sugar (can sub brown sugar if you'd prefer)

  • 1/4 tsp gingerbread man seasoning from TLC seasonings, use code RACHELL for 20% off your order (you can substitute for mixture of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger OR pumpkin pie spice to make a Pumpkin Spice Latte)

  • 2 scoops collagen *optional but adds froth and good for gut health

Directions:

  1. Heat everything except collagen in a saucepan stirring occasionally until hot and combined

  2. Transfer to a blender, add in collagen

  3. Blend on LOW speed for about 15 seconds until frothy, then pour ♥
