3 Ingredient Chocolate Pie

This is a CROWD PLEASER and hands-down the easiest pie you will ever make. Like seriously you don't even bake it. Can easily be made dairy-free & vegan as well. It looks almost like a pudding type pie, but the actual texture much thicker and richer! I am also not a pudding pie fan if that helps you decide anything; this one is unique and I don't know how it's so delicious considering how easy and simple it is!

You'll Need:

  • GF graham cracker crust of choice (I used Mi-del, store-bought premade)

    • If you are going for DF, V, make sure that you find one made without butter... or feel free to create your own version!

    • 1 tub of cool whip, coco whip (DF, V), or truwhip

      • make sure this is THAWED in the refrigerator before you start... I have learned the hard way!

      • 9.3 oz. your favorite chocolate

        • in the past we have always used 6 Hershey bars. This time I used Enjoy Life semi-sweet chips for the first time to keep it DF and it turned out great!

        • Enjoy life chips are dairy free, otherwise go for a dairy free chocolate of choice if you are intending on a dairy free version

        • If you have no dietary restrictions... GO FOR THE HERSHEY BARS AND COOL WHIP!

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate in 30 second increments in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds

  2. Once chocolate is melted, combine with the whipped topping (I use a rubber spatula) until smooth and well mixed, pour immediately into the graham cracker crust

  3. Freeze for 4+ hours with lid on pie. Let thaw a few minutes before serving

You guys I cannot tell you enough times how delicious this pie is! Sounds so simple and not too intriguing but it's seriously the best and I will never stop making it! Plus it's the perfect solution if you hate baking or if you are wanting to save yourself time and dishes.xo, Celiac Sweetie
