2 ingredient Chocolate Frosting

It's true, this frosting only has 2 ingredients and it's SO. THICK. Ironically, I prefer my brownies with no frosting, but this made my brownies so much thicker and chocolate-y and I would not want them any other way! Oh and it's dairy free as long as your chocolate chips are!

Here's how-- add 1/2 C full fat canned coconut milk and 1 C chocolate chips of choice (my fav is Enjoy Life dark) into a pot on the stove over medium heat until melted/combined. Pour hot mixture over the pan of brownies and set in the fridge to cool completely and set. Store in the fridge as well!xo, Celiac Sweetie
