Vegan Apple Nachos

A wholesome sweet treat that happens to be gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan. Lots of options to how you could customize these. The vegan caramel is too easy and DELISH!

Ingredients:

  • Thinly sliced apple

  • ½ C sunbutter

  • ½ C pure maple syrup

  • Enjoy Life Foods mini chocolate chips

  • Vegan marshmallow pieces

  • Cinnamon

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Any other topping you’d like!

Directions:

  1. Make your “caramel” by whisking your sunbutter and maple syrup over medium heat until you have a thick and smooth consistency (about 5-10 minutes), remove from heat and whisk in salt. Let cool

Thinly slice your apple(s), drizzle caramel over top and then add your other toppings!
