Pear Prosecco

Pear prosecco– my personal fav of all of my holiday drinks! 

You can make your own honey simple syrup for this recipe, or alternatively use store bought simple syrup. Directions on homemade honey simple syrup below!

Directions:

To make honey simple syrup, combine equal parts water and honey over medium heat until combined. Let cool and store in the fridge

1. Brush the rim of an empty glass with a pear wedge, and then dip it upside down into cinnamon sugar

2. Add ice, 2 T honey simple syrup ¼ C pear juice, and fill the rest up with Prosecco. Play around with the ratios for your desired sweetness or strength :-) 

3. Garnish with pear slices and cinnamon sticks
