Chocolate Banana Chia Pudding

So I tried Chia Pudding the basic way of soaking chia seeds overnight or whatever, and I could NOT get over the texture! But then I tried a blended recipe which was worlds better and didn't have that same creepy texture... haha. And so easy to whip up!

Blend:

  • 3 T chia seeds

  • 1/2 C milk of choice

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 T cocoa powder

  • optional: add 1-2 scoops collagen peptides (now that I am writing this, cinnamon also sounds good to add in... haha)

Place everything in your blender and blend it it all until smooth and combined, then place overnight in the fridge to let thicken. I enjoy mine topped with grain free granola, peanut butter, and a dollop of yogurt!
