Banana French Toast
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 banana
 - 7 slices GF bread (I used Canyon Bakehouse 7 grain)
 - 2 T flaxseed meal
 - 2 eggs
 - Splash vanilla
 - 1 tsp cinnamon
 
Directions:
- Whisk all ingredients together (except for the bread) in a medium bowl and cut the bread slices into triangular halves
 - Heat a greased skillet over medium heat
 - Soak each slice of bread in the mixture for 2 minutes (unless your bread is not frozen, then 10 seconds or so) and transfer to the skillet
 - Brown each side of each slice of toast
 - Add fresh or caramelized bananas, maple syrup, butter, PB, whipped cream, whatever your taste buds are looking for!
